I like the local vibe. Despite the price is slightly above or around average, but the taste and value is still something worth trying. Will pay another visit for breakfast or lunch next time. Limited food variety but with plenty of local malay style food Parking is not roofed, limited space for parking, but luckily was not so crowded. The road to reach the coffee shop is quite small. Can follow Google map.

This place is indeed a hidden gem! However, you will need a car to access this place as it’s nestled quite deep into the kampung (which adds to its heritage and charm)! When we reached on a Saturday morning, there wasn’t much people but they started filling in when we were leaving. Food was served quickly after ordering and they all were so sedap! Not to mention affordable prices too. We ordered 8 sets of half boiled eggs, mee rebus, nasi lemak, mee goreng, rojak, muah Chee, noodles with soup, tau suan and some of the kueh kueh. All very very yummy! If you are near the south in Desaru, do pop by to try the coffee too! If you are lucky, you can see them roasting the beans.

Hidden Cafe at Pengerang, they roasted their own brand coffee beans (Local taste, not bad) Eat few times here, the Nasi Lemak Egg & Fried Chicken need an improvement. Probably change the method of cooking and add seasoning. Taste bland (Boiled chicken then fried without seasoning) The rempah is nice with curry leaves.

The staffs are very efficient and service speed is also super fast. The Kopi is outstanding and roasted in-house. Nasi lemak & Black sesame/Peanut Mochi are also delicious. Will definitely bring more ppl to visit this hidden gem again!

Great place to have your breakfast and a cuppa local coffee while watching the staff roasting the coffee beans live. Unfortunately you can't get the smell of the smokey coffee roasting aroma in the dining area as it is separated by the wall and window glass. It would be a better customer experience if there is a small or tiny window opening to let a bit of the coffee roasting aroma into the dining room. Definitely elevate the visitor experience at the whole new level.

A great place to enjoy local Malaysian food and coffee. Not many seats so you would need to queue for a seat. However, it is systematic where you will be given a number and wait for your turn. While waiting, you can snap photos and shop for local snacks.

A hidden gem indeed, going by the fact that the place is a bit secluded. The Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Berempah is a MUST try. Sambal has mixed spicy/sweet combo, rice was fluffy and egg yolk runny. Chicken is deep fried with curry leaves, and comes with the crumbs. The Toast and Cham Peng (mixed coffee and tea) also deseve special mention. Toast is crispy, beverage is gao i.e. thick! Unfortunately the Mua Chee didn't quite make it. Not as soft as expected of a freshly made Mochi.

Hidden cafe at desaru. Distance from our hotel takes around 20mins to reach the place. Nice food nice coffee & nice place.
